According to the safety and security instructions issued by the Ministry: parents, maids and drivers are not allowed to enter the school buildings to collect the students at the end of the day.
In order to avoid overcrowding and to achieve speed departure, the academy has set a safe system for students leave, the system will be as follows:
Bus students:
Bus students will leave with the supervisors to the bus stops five minutes earlier, before the end of the last lesson, and sit in the specified places for them, the number of the students will not exceed 50% of the bus capacity.
Secondary school:
Secondary students will enter and exit from Gate No. 1, where the parents or whoever has the student’s ID card will scan it in designated device and return to his car as usual, Inshallah his daughter will go out quickly, as the numbers will be few and there will be no Long waiting or disruption of traffic.
Primary school:
In order to avoid crowding and to ensure the required spacing distances are achieved, the students will be collected from different points and the system will be as follows:
Year 1 students, in addition to classes 2a and 2B. Students will be collected from outside year 1 circle Exit 1, where parents or whoever has the student’s ID card will scan it on the designated device and wait for the student in the specified place, until his daughter comes out, as the numbers will be few, not as usual school days, it will not take long Inshallah.
Year 3 students and classes 2c2d2E
Students will be collected from outside year 3 circles Exit 3.
Also, parents or whoever has the student’s ID card will scan the card on the designated device and wait in the place designated for him according to the required spacing marks, until the student comes out, Inshallah it will not take long as the numbers are few other than the usual numbers.
Year 4 students
Will be collected from outside the cafeteria of the primary school, Exit 2, and the ID card holder will scan the card with the designated device and wait at the designated place for him until his daughter rushes to him.
Year 5 & 6 students
There will be a device for scanning exit cards for the students from outside Gate 4, and this is intended for men.
As for the mothers of the year 5 and 6, they will collect the students from outside the PE hall, Exit 4, where there will be a device designated for women.

KG:
For kindergarten students, the ID card holder will scan the card on the device designated for her and wait in the designated place according to the required spacing distances, and the maids will bring the student and hand her to the father or mother.
Regarding students’ ID cards, a message will be sent with the dates and places of receiving it, before the students' 1st day at school, Inshallah.
